Due to hygiene reasons, all Grip Gal socks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless you receive the wrong or a defective item.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify. If the error is on our part, we will cover the replacement shipping costs.
